Windows Media Center doesn’t recognize tv tuner?

When I goto click set up tv in Windows Media Center on Vista
Even though I can hear the audio it says windows media center didn’t detect hardware and recommends me to buy a tv tuner from the windows marketplace.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

TV tuner is Winfast Px1200
You need to install the driver first, usually found on a disc that came with it or on the product website. Hope I could help :-)
