Why can’t I download mature rated videogame content from the Xbox Live Marketplace?

I have an Xbox Live Child Account, and I have changed the settings so that I can download all content, but when I try to download a video, a message says that "This account is not permitted to download content with this rating." I used to be able to do it, but after I changed my Windows Live ID for my Gamertag, it screwed it up.

You can do one of two things. One is you can make a second account that can download mature content. The other is you can have one of your parents call Microsoft and tell them that an older person is now using the account and wants to be able to download mature content. It’s either those or wait until you become 18.

    you cant change it, since u signed up with a child account, u cant do anything bout it. the only thing u can possibly do is make a new account.

    Mine is also the same way.
    I have rated M games but, it still won’t let me download them.
    What I did was make a secondary account with my moms age and used it to download what I needed.

    It will let me download all T games but it wont let me download a rated E +10 game… I said" WTFreak." It needs to be worked on.

    you need the xbox 10000 button hack code enter and all xbox games will be downloaded
