how do u copy and paste music from windows meida player to the zune marketplace/library?

As long as the songs are not protected (from Urge.com) you can do the following:
1. Open Zune Marketplace
2. Open Windows Media Player (be sure to place them on your desktop to be able to see both)
3. Hold Ctrl or Shift and select the songs you want to move to ZM.
4. Now simply click and hold the selection and drag and drop them to Zune Marketplace.
It’s that simple.

I don’t think that Zune can play songs from that, even though they are both Microsoft. Zune can only play a few formats, hopefully Microsoft will expand the range it can play with some updates soon. Maybe you could get a file converter.
