How do I play fallout new vegas with my games for windows account?

I had to accept a Steam agreement to install fallout. But everytime I launch the game it launches with my steam account. How to I play fallout on my games for windows live account?? I tried to sign into the marketplace then launch the game but that doesnt work. Please I want to play with my Gamertag before I begin, not my Steam ID

Because Fallout uses steam, there is no way to use your windows live account with it. You must use your steam ID to play online.
