does windows 7phone apps and games be downloaded only from windows market place,just like iphone app from app store.or like android or symbian can it be downloaded from other website.

no you can jailbreak it and then, you can install cracked apps via SDK

    but i know with symbian, im not restricted to ovi store, i can download apps from many sites like opera mobile store, softonic, getjar, phoneky and mobango. I guess u would have to just try and see, many of these sites will offer apps in different os versions.
