Cherry Mobile Eclipse (Part 7)

July 1st, 2010 | by admin |

Part 7 video will show you around Windows Marketplace for Mobile and a quick look at Office Mobile 2010 applications.

Windows Marketplace for Mobile is a service by Microsoft for its Windows Mobile platform that allows users to browse and download applications that have been developed by third-parties. The application are available for use directly on Windows Mobile 6.5 devices, and on personal computers. There is no charge for signing up. However, keep in mind that downloading apps to your phone requires a data plan and standard data rates apply.

I log in to Windows Live and Marketplace using pass through internet connection. Check part 3 video for details on how to make pass through connection:

You might notice that I already have several applications installed which I did prior to this demo video (Google Maps, MSN Weather Image Finder). I downloaded Office Mobile 2010 from Marketplace; its a free upgrade for Windows Mobile 6.5 users (updates Office Mobile version 6.1).

Search for ‘Office Mobile 2010′ then see if it is also available for you to download. Once the installer is ready, click on ‘Ready to install’ link then wait for the files to get installed. You would be prompted to reboot your phone after a successful installation.

    Thats …

Thats also the time you have to close unnecessary applications running in background; yung mga nakabukas pero hindi mo naman ginagamit.

    As for …

As for multi-tasking, oo kaya nya. Like pwede kang makinig sa music while surfing the web, while using Google map, while checking apps on Marketplace, while viewing your powerpoint slides, while reading a Word document. On fresh reboot, nasa 40MB ang free RAM ng Eclipse. When the phone runs low on available memory gawa ng ang dami ng nakabukas na apps, that’s the time nagiging sluggish na cya.

    Ah ok… hmm… …
Ah ok… hmm… sana lang kasing lakas ng Audio ng Nokia 5310 yung dyan sa Eclipse, using the same sample rate na sinabi mo… kasi gusto ko yung bumabayo talaga eh.. hehehe!

    Walang …

    @mxlblyk

malakas ba at nde basag or sabog ang tunog?
