Taxes on uploading an application to Windows Phone Marketplace?

Hi, I’m 16, and I am wondering if that I uploaded an application to Windows Marketplace, as an individual and not as a company, would i have to pay any tax?

As i am not 18 or over, I was under the impression that I do not have to pay tax on anything i earn. And as i am not selling as a company, I would not have to pay any taxes a company would.

If you do anything with the intention of going into business and end up making a profit ,tax is payable.

Age is irrelevant.

You probably have a personal allowance each year (not enough info. in your question to confirm whether you do or not) but you only pay tax if the profit is more than the allowances.

Also, watch out for National Insurance!!!

Why is the Marketplace on my HTC 7 Pro (windows phone) not working?

All of the sudden the marketplace isn´t working. I cant do updates, or download anything WTF. I have no idea why its not working it says like error code co2 something. Please help!?

remove the battery…if still does not solve then go to htc marketing

Why are Americans willfully ignorant of how they became overly dependent on the marketplaces?

why do they think it was an act of nature?
eating, drinking, traveling- fishing, picking, hunting- they are pretty important to be able to do, some redundant systems might be a good idea, -we put ALL OUR EGGS in the marketplace basket. No access to REAL food at all…

Why are Americans completely willfully ignorant of how they became dependent on the marketplaces?

they seem to think it has no history- and was an act of Nature or something-
TO SHOP AT THE STORE instead of picking fruits and veggies- Why is that?

Lack of interest in the 60’s my father an I ran a rototilling service we would dig 300 gardens a year in NW Conn.Mostly people from the old country .Italians,Germans ,French as they died off there kids did not pick up gardening the last year we did it 2005 we had 18 customers.

I downloaded a game off of the xbox live marketplace and it doesnt work! Help?

I downloaded borderlands off of the xbox live marketplace for $20… When i try to play it, it says that the disc is unreadable. I have tried everything like re downloading it and restarting my xbox but it still wont work! Somebody help!

Can you cancel active downloads on windows 7 phone marketplace?

i just got my windows 7 phone and when i downloaded Hydro thunder Go it stopped downloading at 25%. I just want to cancel it and let my other apps download. plz help me on how to do this!

Are there any other marketplaces other than eBay that offer cash back like eBay bucks?

Just curious. Are there any other websites that offer something like "eBay bucks," offering cash back when you make a purchase?

Yes, I believe www.cashbackwatcher.com offers cashback for purchases over 1000 retailers.
It used to provide 2% during off peak season and 5% during thanks giving for eBay purchases. But not anymore.
I am still able to get cashback from other purchases such as Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ace Hardware, American Eagle Outfitters and Urban Outfitters. I prefer enjoy shopping online because i get free shipping, cashback and coupons to be used.

Is there any other place you can get apps on an htc hd7 then windows marketplace?

Is there any other place you can get apps on an htc hd7 then windows marketplace? And I also heard that you can get android apps on the htc hd7… Can you guys keep me up to date on windows marketplace right now please and thank you.

i have got the samsung omnia 7 which is a windows phone and after a lot of looking at forums discovered that the only place you can get apps from is the windows market place. as for getting android apps i dont think you will be able to as its not an android phone its a windows phone. although im not 100% certian it will be the same for the HTC HD7 im pretty sure it will be.

on my HTC HD2 phone I dont have the Android marketplace, I just have the windows marketplace?

I have a HTC HD2 phone for t Mobile. I dont have the android marketplace, I have something else, called the Windows marketplace for the phone. How do i get the android marketplace or enable it? Or is it even on my phone somewhere?

Cus u hav a windows phone u will not b able to get the android Market place I suggest getting a htc desire

Why is Xbox Live Marketplace so much better then Games for Windows Live Marketplace?

I can’t even find a friends list on the Windows Marketplace, it’s like Microsoft favors Xbox gaming over Computer gaming.

Because people favor the Xbox over anyother computing device or console fpr gaming needs. Face it, the 360 is the elite gaming device for this generation.
