Who was the murderer who killed people and sold their flesh in the marketplaces as meat?

Pretty famous…I’m not sure if it was ‘Jack The Ripper’? This happened a while back ago..not to sure of the time span..during or before the 1900s?

Carl Großmann he molested children and killed them and sold their flesh on the black market between 1918-1921, when they finally found him, over 50 young women had been killed by him and none of their remains meaning bones were found. The sick bastard killed himself before his execution date.
