Recently, Petra Jung took a minute out of her day to tell me more about what PayPal’s Head of Marketplaces really does. As she deals with everything that is PayPal related on eBay, her work includes end-to-end service offering, marketing, account management and customer services for both buyers and sellers. She’s one of a great team spanning across a few departments dedicated to supporting PayPal on eBay.
