How do I transfer TV episodes from iTunes to the Zune Marketplace?

I want to buy season one of Gossip Girl and put it on my Zune. Zune marketplace doesn’t have Gossip Girl, but iTunes does. How can I transfer it?

Buy a program that will strip DRM and convert the video to a format that Zune will accept.
