It's hard for me to give any advice because I haven't taken the course and I don't know the parameters that are allowed. Are you allowed to reach out to headhunters and staffing services? What kinds of training can your company invest in? I sort of have a real life touch into this. My husband's company just launched a new B2B sales team of which he is one of the higher level sales people. He worked for the company starting in an entry level customer service position so he already knows the company inside and out. I guess I might employ a strategy which includes hiring a company to do training in the appropriate length courses for the product being sold. Try to promote from within first thus opening the positions up to qualified current employees in lower level positions. You can also hire new people who have 3-5 years B2B sales experience, with a preference in people who have worked with technology. You don't want to have to train people on how to do B2B sales as well as the product in which you're selling.
